Frosty Rally is the third track in the game Sugar Rush Speedway. It is unlocked by winning first place overall in a championship race on Cakeway. In the movie, it looks like giant hills of ice cream and green candy trees that are covered in ice cream snow. Winning all three races in Frosty Rally unlocks Rancis Fluggerbutter and Adorabeezle Winterpop as playable characters.
In the Film[]
During the Random Roster Race, King Candy is seen making his way through Frosty Rally as Vanellope catches up. Vanellope manages to take the lead while King Candy tries to take back the lead. However King Candy takes a shortcut that says this road is closed.

- In Sugar Rush Speedway, The road seems to be white and blue ice cream. In the Sugar Rush App it's still white ice cream, but chocolate sprinkles on both sides as a barricade.
