Turbo also locked up Sugar Rush Racers' memory and Sugar Rush Citizens' memory so that they think Vanellope was never a racer and not allow her to race however after Turbo went in to the lava launching from the volcano and got defeated, Fix-It-Felix fixed the finish line, Vanellope crossed the finish line, she became a princess and the memory of both Citizens and Racers of Sugar Rush got restored after seeing the treasure chest blast and thus restoring the memory of The Citizens and Racers of Sugar Rush and now they remember Vanellope was a racer.
